Job Description: Office Administrative Executive
Department: HR
Reports to: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Durapower Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Durapower Holdings Pte Ltd, is a leader in designing and delivering customized lithium-ion battery systems for various energy storage applications. Our solutions power a spectrum from hybrid and electric vehicles to specialty vehicles, microgrid, and smart grid technologies, fostering sustainable energy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-charge of onboarding and offboarding tasks such as issuance of laptop to new hires, create and track onboarding checklist, assess card and finger print registration, Retrieval of assets back from resignees, etc
- Get quotations, track office and pantry supplies, purchase and place orders such as office stationery, pantry snacks & drinks, meals ordering
- Administer business visa applications for employees
- Coordinate with external vendors for servicing of aircon, delivery of water, printers, replenishment of coffee machine, etc
- Assist with general facilities and office management such as pantry, meeting rooms, lockers, cleaner, season parking, etc
- Provide administrative support for company events
- Handle and submission of monthly invoices & bills as and when needed
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, data collation and filing
- Schedule and organise meetings and appointments
- Arrange for courier/postage services (FedEx, DHL, local courier, postage mailing etc) as and when needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Professional Certificate
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision once familiar with the work
- Resourceful with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams Meeting
