To provide administrative support to the team to improve the efficiency of services. To carry out general administrative duties including but not limited to- Co-ordinate meetings, book venues, produce agendas and type minutes.- Point of contact for AWM service for external agencies and clients.- To answer the telephone and take messages.- Producing documents using Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Database or presentation graphics as appropriate including letters, memos, reports and statistical information. To maintain departmental records including- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems Office duties including: -- Opening, Sorting and distribution of mail.- Photocopying / scanning documents / uploading to Mediviewer- Filing. Other appropriate duties as determined by the Admin Lead To ensure the smooth administration of service to enable the MDT to provide a high-quality service to clients. To proactively co-ordinate diaries within the team to maximize efficiency. Demonstrate to core values and behaviours ofthe Northumbria Trust Way
