Your new role
This role will provide Executive Assistant Support at a high level to the owner of the organisation. The successful applicant will be a proven Executive Assistant able to work at the highest level of professionalism. This will be a varied job and the successful applicant must be able to show experience on application in the following areas;

- Providing EA support with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Multiple diary management
- Production and management of correspondence, drafting of letters and emails
- Travel arrangement, international and personal travel booking and arrangements
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes in meetings, attending management level meetings and recording minutes, completing agendas and reports for meetings where required
- Working with colleagues in the wider business, including Estates
- Extensive expense management
- Coordination of hospitality and events, sending out invites, speaking to invitees
- Personal PA duties including procurement of high value goods
- Supporting personal banking
- Vehicle management
- Arranging Zoom meetings and MS Team Meetings
- A high-level of MS Office experience is required and good technical knowledge of IT software, including GoogleSuite
