As the PA to Construction Director, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Manage multiple diaries.
- Book accommodation and travel arrangements for the CEO with a daily meeting to update them.
- Organise and arrange meetings, sending out invitations, liaising with participants and taking meeting minutes.
- Filter emails and invitations, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments in readiness for meetings.
- Prepare correspondence such as reports, briefing papers, letters, and emails including drafting general replies.
- Provide administrative support to other PAs and act as the primary contact with board members, and maintain board member records, including contracts, financial and performance reports.
As a successful PA to Construction Director, you will have the following:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience reporting to CEO essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidential and discrete with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience taking meeting minutes, managing multiple diaries and creating reports.
