Personal Advisor (Grade 5)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Advisor to join our team. As a Personal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking personal growth and development. You will work closely with clients to help them identify their goals, develop action plans, and navigate any challenges that may arise on their journey. This is a Grade 5 position, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized action plans
Provide guidance and support to clients in setting and achieving personal goals
Assist clients in identifying and overcoming obstacles that may hinder their progress
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for managing stress and improving overall well-being
Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting action plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in personal development and self-improvement
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
Proven experience in providing counseling or advisory services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
High level of empathy and compassion
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Hours Per Hour: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.71
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
