- 10mins of work to generate report at home on Sat
The Challenges:
- Handling Same Day Order
- Handling Shopee / TikTok Shop Order processing,
- Submit e-invoice and monitor the progress
- Remind Finance on the Corporation payment with credit term
- Collect Petty Cash recipe and tally and bank in the cash
- Submit and follow up on Director’s claim
- Filing
- Run preorder report Mon to Sat
- Support Finance to scan invoice
- Manage the company email
- Key same day invoice into xero system
- Others HR, Finance and admin duties that are assigned by the supervisor
What it Takes:
- Minimum 1-year customer service / Sales Admin experience preferred in a F&B or Retail Industry
- Able to handle Multi-task
- Able to problem solving and think out of the box
- Strong Communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email), Words and Excel
- Relevant experience in procurement, invoice processing and contract management
- Follow schedule to meet processing cut-off dates
- A person who is responsible to follow through the allocated job and willing to go extra miles to ensure the task is done
