Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent organisation, communication, administration and Microsoft Office skills is required to join a well-established health consultancy company.
SALARY: £20,572 per annum pro rata
LOCATION: Sheffield, South Yorkshire – Office Based position
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm, 37.5 hours per week

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent organisation, communication, administration and Microsoft Office skills.
Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the scanning of clinical and historical documentation and saving via appropriate holding folders.
As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will maintain index of boxes that are accessed for scanning, as well as sort and scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality outcome.
DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant are:
• To scan clinical and historical documents and save via appropriate holding folders
• To maintain index of boxes that are accessed for scanning
• Sort and scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality outcome
• Follow procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking logs
• Always adhere to GDPR guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Scanning of all prepped documents, which may include document sorting, counting, and page separation, all assigned scanning is to be processed efficiently and accurately
• To be able to adapt to any changes and follow instructions provided by management
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Offer flexibility in working pattern as required
• Basic Computer Knowledge to include Outlook, Word & Excel
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating
• Communicate efficiently with co-workers and managers
