What you'll be doing
Handle overseas shipments
Provide clerical and administrative support functions to sales teams
Process customer orders
Follow up on the delivery status of orders
Prepare quotation, delivery order, and Tax invoice
To maintain a systematic filling procedure
Responsible for the monitoring of daily sales administration and operational functions
What we're looking for
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training is provided
Preferably language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate: MS Office
