Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle frontline services and telephone enquiries

Positions in primary schools setting starting 1 January 2025.

Working Hours: 5 days' week from 7.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. ( incl. one hour lunch)

Job Title: Administrative and Receptionist duties.

Job Description:

(a) Manage the incoming calls and inquiries at the Admin Office;

(b) Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students,

staff, instructors and contractors etc.;

(d) Data entry and filing of records & documents;

(f) Manage students who report late to school and who need to leave

school early;

(h) Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations,

functions and events;

(l) Perform other administrative duties as required by the school.

Qualifications, skills and requirements:

@ Secondary school education qualification

@ Proficient in Microsoft Office

@ Proficient in written and spoken English

@ Team-player

@ Preferably with some years of school admin experience
