What you'll be doing:
- You will evaluate listings for its’ content and photos quality as set out in requirements, and then process them accordingly
- You will evaluate reports on listings and be the liaison between parties involved and resolve any issues within the respective guidelines set
- You will also be responsible for acquiring, processing and maintaining a database of listings placed by homeowners
- You are to ensure that all guidelines and restrictions are adhered to while executing the listing tasks assigned to you
- Ad-hoc operational assignments may also be assigned when the need arises
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduates and are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Fast and quick learner
- Basic understanding of Singapore property scene will be a plus
- An extremely detail-oriented personality
- Analytical, organised and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence
- A sense of responsibility and accountability, and the drive to execute a project to completion
- Willingness to learn and do, multi-task, and be a self-starter
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritise among competing tasks/errands
- Willingness to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic about working on property or property-related content
