Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in enquiries, phone calls and emails professionally
- Manage printing course books
- Assist in Account and HR Data entry
- File and organize documents systematically
- Replenish stationery and refreshments for learners
- Ensure the upkeep of the training center’s facilities
- Handling of other admin duties as assigned
- Willing to work overtime on weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level qualifications
- Able to commence work immediately (preferred)
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Ability to multitask
- Has initiative and able to work independently
- Outgoing personality
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer literacy in MS word and MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
