The employee’s duties and responsibilities as Accounts and Operation Manager shall be as the following:
· Handling all Account Payables (AR), Account Receivable (AR).
· Perform Statement of Account Reconciliation of Overseas Agents.
· Verify TT Remittances.
· Updating monthly GIRO payment entries and issue cheque accordingly.
· Unbilled reports – Operations & Warehouse billing.
· Update Exchange rates in currency tables.
· Checking and prepare staffs claim.
· Assist in Billing and Cheque payment entries in the event of the person-in-charge on leave.
· Assist in Month end closing.
· Handle shipping enquiries from customers and responsible for shipment booking.
· Prepare full spectrum of shipping documents.
· Coordinates with agents and shippers on shipment arrangement.
· To monitor shipment and ensure orders are shipped according to shipping requirement.
· Arrange transportation for local cargo delivery and liaise with warehouse for the packing, stuffing or unstuffing of cargoes.
· Compile weekly and monthly report.
· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
