Job Description:
Human Resource
- Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans.
- Assist in preparing and updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims and records.
- Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SST requirements.
- Related duties that will be designated from time to time.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain office filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations for staff.
- Handle data entry tasks, document preparation, and formatting.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and memos as required by management.
- Monitor office facilities, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Job Requirements:-
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
