As an Account Manager reporting directly to the Head of Client Relationships - Insurance Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of managing a portfolio of clients within our FMG Repair Services division. Your role will involve nurturing strong relationships, engaging with key business executives, and serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions tailored to client needs.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Department to proactively develop accounts, meet financial targets, and drive the penetration of new products. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and delivering new strategic solutions, as well as ensuring the successful retention of clients within a sustainable framework.

About you
First of all, you are experienced in developing and retaining strong client relationships to support transactional growth and increased product penetration.
You are a real ‘people person’ who has the ability to build trust and support across a wide network of departments, clients and partners.
You have proven experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within the organisation
Ideally, you have a combination of a strong commercial background and a successful career within automotive industry, specifically accident management, insurance or repair.
