Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete records
• Preparing invoices, and other documents
• Working with bookkeeping software, online spreadsheets, and databases
• Processing transactions, issuing payments, and updating ledgers
• Data entry
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
