Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to offer specialized services in the semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
· Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
· Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
· Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
· Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
· Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
· Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
· Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
· Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.
· Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the respective sales manager.
Requirements:
· Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience
· Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
· Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment
. Occasional overtime may be required as per management’s request.
