Review financial reporting packages to ensure its accuracy for month end closing
Conduct flux analysis and perform month end reconciliation for all G/L account codes
Collaborate with the external service provider to disclose financial data with local statutory compliance
Support regional tax team to file tax returns (Corporate income tax, Consumption taxes and Depreciable asset tax)
Supervise payroll process for its timely and accurate operation
Supervise AP and Expense reimbursement function for accounting closing activities
Support strategic/operational business change processes from finance and controlling perspective
職務内容
会計データを確認し、正確なレポーティングを毎月行う
全ての会計費目について、差異分析を毎月行う
外部サービスプロバイダーと協業し、日本国内での法令に準拠した財務諸表を作成する
税務申告書（法人所得税、消費税、減価償却資産税）の作成と提出について、本社税務チームをサポートする
給与計算業務のタイムリーかつ正確な運用のために、プロセスを監督する
決算業務にかかわる、請求書支払業務および経費精算業務を監督する
財務および管理の観点から、戦略的かつ業務的な改善プロセスをサポートする
