FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate, financial and accounting functions including accounting,cash flow management, budgetary and tax planning and forecasting.
- Oversea, review and implement accounting and finance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide timely report and advice to management on the status of the Company's financial position,operational result and capital planning.
- Analyse and review all finance and accounting reports including profitability analysis and credit and cash flow analysis.
- Liaise with external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, government bodies for statutory and legislative requirements.
Requirements :
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA /MIA)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing / plantation environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with knowledge of taxation and financial accounting standard
- Good analytical skill and ability to interpret results with summarization.
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
- Proactive, team player, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Able to travel is an added advantage.
