Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities
- Achieve monthly sales, collection and other targets
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM graduate or equivalent educational background
- Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, lubricant, or related industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated and positive mindset
