Key Responsibilities: Provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy and medicines management service to cancer patients. At Band 8a, develop specialist knowledge in oncology and haematology. Clinically screen SACT prescriptions, adhering to local standards. Your Role at Norwood:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and autism to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accompanying individuals to routine appointments.

Requirements     
- Proven experience in roles such as Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, or a similar leadership position, with a track record of managing operations and overseeing external contractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.    
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.    
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.    
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.    
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.    
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
