For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
• Salary £25,000 p/annum
• Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
• Permanent

The role - Customer Service Executive
• Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries
• Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
• Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills
• Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
• Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive
• European Language Skill: Italian, Dutch, German, or French - ESSENTIAL
• Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIREABLE
• Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
