Job Description
Administration Support
Provide general administrative support to the Hospitality team.
Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as needed.
Coordinate meetings and communication between dept and external partners.
Translation China and Japan documents, agreement and minutes of meeting etc.
Keep track on all monthly reports received from all hotels e.g Japan, Thailand
Update monthly performance data to prepare for Half year and Full year shareholders meeting presentation slides.
Preparation for New Hotel Openings
Assist in preparation and planning for the opening of Bhutan Hotel.
Collate and compare quotations from various suppliers and vendors.
Request samples and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
FF&E and OS&E Coordination
Prepare and maintain FF&E(Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) and OS&E(Operating Supplies and Equipment) listings by department.
Work with Hotel department head to ensure all necessary items are included and accurately listed.
Assist in the ordering and tracking of FF&E and OS&E items.
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Fresh Graduate or current student are welcome to apply.
Possess working understanding of hotel operations.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
