During your internship you will be exposed to and gain an understanding of everything in the colourful world of Human Resource functions not limited to HR Operations, Employee Engagement projects, Rewards & Benefits and Payroll. You will partner very closely and support the HR Manager in maintaining quality HR services across the business.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

Wellness Programmes & Communications

• Plan & deliver meaningful activities to promote overall employee wellbeing, championing dynamic employee involvement
• Review and improve existing communication channels & mode
• Design & broadcast EDMs/artwork for internal Company/HR announcements
• Own & coordinate Staff Welfare matters, i.e. LSA, Marriage, New Born, Hospitalization & Bereavement

Employee Lifecycle

• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and externally to various career sites and job portal.
• Build candidate generation strategies (heavy emphasis on social media channels)
• Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in open enrolment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Current college student, Juniors, or Seniors, (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Business Partner with fresh perspectives and a deep curiosity to join our global Talent Acquisition team! 

Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition team and collaborating closely with the APAC HR team, you will be responsible for recruiting activities in the APAC region to support CGG in attracting the best talent across all business lines. You will also support university relations and employer branding initiatives to reinforce our brand awareness in the region, and support TA team globally when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting activities within your region in APAC by leading full cycles searches for all business units and countries.
• Lead the recruitment process in the region to ensure consistency in the hiring process and guarantee best class candidate experience.
• Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within your region, effectively using social media and other tools to identify specific candidate pools, developing a strong knowledge of CGG and the markets we recruit from.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs; share and discuss market trends; and navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on SLA.
• Build strong working relationships with Business, HR CoEs and HRBPs  
• Represent CGG to the highest standard at every opportunity helping to strengthen the CGG employer brand in the region and participate in branding efforts and university recruitment events.  
• Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required at regional, as well as global levels when required.
• Provide strong support to our ID&E agenda in the region.

• Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
