As Myra’s Contract Executive, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of property development projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:

• To examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure a healthy margin.
• To assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, and contract management.
• To prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities, in line with building and construction laws.
