• Serve as a Project Engineer coordinating construction activities at a number of project sites to include but not limited to Superfund Military and Civil Works Projects, construction, and/or rehabilitation.
• Reviews or directs the review of plans and specifications for construction practicability of design and clearness of detail.

Major Duties of this position include:

• Lead and supervise the history team exercising the full range of supervisory duties which involves multiple complex projects simultaneously with different staff, partners, expectations and involvement.
• Represent the superintendent in external planning processes, coordinate office responses with Regional personnel for the office.
• Develop and evaluate proposals, research designs, agreements, and/or scopes of work for historical or cultural resources projects such as historical research, historic building inventory and assessment, and National Register documentation.

• Serves as Operations Engineer for Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) in support of Artemis missions and associated sustaining and development projects.
• Leads or otherwise supports major tests, vehicle operations, and surveillance activities.
• Ensures ECLSS operations and maintenance are executed per requirements.
• Provides thorough and timely review of ECLSS Work Authorization Documents.
