A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptional nurse/midwife to lead and influence the education and workforce of mental health, learning disability and autism nursing.

As the Clinical Training and Education Senior Specialist for Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism, you will be joining a small but dynamic Nursing and Midwifery Team within the Workforce and Education Directorate in the Southwest region.

The role will help provide expert clinical education, practice and policy advice to health systems, health and social care providers and work closely with Accredited Education Institutes. As an advocate for learners, you will work collaboratively with education providers and operational partners to embed the Safe Learning Environment Charter.

You will have a key role in delivering the regional ambitions of the NHS Long-Term Workforce Plan and the clinical expansion required to secure the future nursing workforce, in order to deliver high quality, safe mental health services now and in the future.

In collaboration with regional and national partners, the post holder will be expected to create and deliver an annual plan with objectives that meet the directions of the Long-Term Workforce Plan.

Be responsible for programme delivery for an assigned portfolio of local and shared regional programmes of work.

Have delegated responsibility for representing and presenting NHSE’s position in respect to workforce strategy on behalf of the Head of Programmes to a broad range of external, Board-level stakeholders and stakeholder groups (e.g. ICS/ICB’s, Education providers) with demanding, complex and often competing agendas.

Support the Senior Nurse and the Regional Lead for Nursing and Midwifery to deliver regional objectives and performance and Head of Programmes to build and preserve trusted stakeholder relationships and networks of influence among external, stakeholders in challenging circumstances to support the promotion of NHSE’s strategic objectives.

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? Join our dynamic team as an Administration Assistant (8m FTC), supporting a key HR project. In this role, reporting to the ER Project Manager, you'll be managing data flow, handling queries, and ensuring seamless communication across sites. If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver top-notch service, and contribute to the success of our HR programme, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Management of the data share between sites and the central team including liaising with sites and managers to ensure that responses are received in accordance with defined timescales
• Follow ups and chasers to respondents as required
• Managing the collation of responses and updating trackers
• Review and extract of responses received through tools such as Microsoft Forms
• Support the business with any queries throughout the programme, using materials such as FAQs
• Seek support from Subject Matter Experts with complex queries

To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support to come and join our team at our Mossend site in Bellshill, ML4 1RR
(This is fixed term 9 month Maternity cover)
The ideal candidate will have recently worked within a customer service role dealing with customers predominantly over the phone and by email.
Specific responsibilities include:
Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information by telephone and email.
Confirming stock availability to complete Commercial Invoices, and Packing lists for export orders.
Checking of Addresses, Pricing, Discount, Product and Haulage Availability.
Raising site registrations on the company CRM package
Entry of Samples Requests, site registrations, pricing requests and schedules.
Investigating credit requests and additional invoices.
Preparing Credit notes and additional invoices.
Ensure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM package.
Order Book and schedule Clearance
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Good interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
Evidence of working as part of an effective team
Participation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight stays
Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills
Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative
Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word.
