The Deputy Chief People Officer (Deputy CPO) is a pivotal member of the People Directorate’s senior leadership team and will support the Chief People Officer in the overall leadership and management of the People directorate function. This will include leading the development and implementation of the People Strategy, enabling the Trusts to recruit, retain and develop the best workforce to deliver its goals and objectives and support high quality patient care. Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in private bank or wealth management sector.

3. Carry out analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base and improving sales.

4. Have mutual understanding of client centricity.

5. Proven good track record in IWM business.

6. Sound knowledge of private banking products, wealth Inheritance, tax & legal consultation, global real estate etc.

7. Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

1. Education and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Education Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leading organisational excellence, change management, or related roles, preferably with experience in the education sector
• Professional certifications in relevant areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, data analysis would be advantageous
