REQUIREMENTS

This role overseeing the warehouse operations, local distribution, resource planning, P&L and warehouse improvement projects.

Overall Operations Supervision

- Supervise overall warehouse operations including SG local transportation from/to Company’s warehouse(s)

• Proficient in excel and project management tools (e..g JIRA. Confluence, Excel advance skills). Technical domain expertise is an advantage, but at minimum is tech-savvy.

Job duties:

• Dealing with submission of tender quotations and ensure timeline are met for every tender
• Sourcing of quotation for rates and technical data during tender stages
• Negotiating price with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conducting progress claims and payments, sub-contractors’ payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts
• Coordinating with all related stakeholders and dealing with Quantity take-off, manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender
• ITE/Diploma in any engineering related field
• Quantity surveyor experience in construction industry

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based

systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP services such

as Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage

- Migrate on-premises infrastructure to GCP, ensuring minimal

downtime and optimal resource utilization

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements,

implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and other

security measures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business

requirements and develop technical solutions

- Optimize system performance, monitoring, and logging using GCP tools

like Stackdriver and Cloud Monitoring

- Stay up-to-date with GCP innovations and best practices, applying

expertise to continuously improve cloud architecture

Requirements:

- Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer or Cloud

Architect certification

- 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with GCP

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, migration, and

deployment

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++

- Experience with agile development methodologies and version

control systems like Git

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
