Knowledge Management and Data Integration Analyst
The Opportunity:
To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, an experienced management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your specialized experience to give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll build an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with leadership and analysts and support staff, you will identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward and the expected results to our client. This is your chance to deepen your consulting skills! Join us as we help our Marine Corps client in Europe and Africa. The analyst will digest and interpret Knowledge Management (KM) doctrine into useable and practical guidance for the Marine Forces staff. You’ll identify gaps and implement KM solutions and then perform maintenance and upkeep to KM and various other data systems. You will work closely with the command's information management officer (IMO) and the IMO team at large. You’ll conduct analyses, as directed by the government, to identify threats or risks and recommend how our client and related strategic and operational partners can best defend themselves. As global and regional challenges arise and evolve, the contractor shall continually assess the environment, using a variety of methods and provide the government with analysis reports focused on topics, including non-traditional information collection activities, threat trends, current and emerging crises, and operational environments and threats. You will perform assessment reports that shall detail the research conducted, analysis performed, risks and potential or real impacts, and any recommendations for the government to consider. You’ll support the development and implementation of potential outputs from the assessment reports by providing analytical and technical support to assist the government.
