Responsibilities of the role

• Brand Strategy: Owns the Integrated Brand Plan, Brand Strategy and Initiative Masterplan to create and execute brand strategies for key projects and initiatives to deliver brand growth. Drives investment decisions to maximise profitability.
• Brand Planning & Executions: Identify consumers' needs across Japan & Korea for P&G's Hair Care products, lead consumer research in developing a qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses the consumers’ unmet needs.
• Collaboration: Work with R&D and technical team to design the right package & formula to win locally with key customers and/or channels.

Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. 1. Compute PECT funding for Clinical Postings/Teaching Activities and Clinical Exam Contributions for all Healthcare Institutions that are teaching our students.

• Prepare student day database with data from NUSMed Edu Curriculum Team,

2. Management of and Reporting on PECT Funding with an annual budget of $65m.

• Disbursement of PECT funding, annual accruals;

• Serves as working leader performing mechanical duties in area of Electronic Industrial Controls.
• Applies a thorough knowledge and understanding of electronic, mechanical techniques to logically analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems.
• Utilizes, repairs, inspects and calibrates electronic instruments and position measuring equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, modification and rebuilding of electronic and electrical controlling elements.
• Utilizes safety and security practices and procedures following established rules and regulations and maintains a safe, clean, and secure work environment.
• Provides guidance to employees regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives (e.g., technical orders).

• Develops implements, evaluates and revises the service unit patient care coordination and case management program for nursing service.
• Collaborates with primary care providers, clinic nurses, public health nursing, case management and social services to ensure that the patent's care needs are done in a timely and cost effective manner to maximize each visit.
• Manages all clinic visits and follow-up visits through coordination with multi-disciplinary teams of physicians, nursing personnel, social workers, physical therapists, etc.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the patient care coordination process by reviewing charts of patients to determine if documentation is present.

• Coordinates the available resources by identifying, mobilizing and utilizing those resources to meet the patient's needs and clinical outcomes.
• Develops a plan of care for patients, utilizing the nursing process.
• Ensures specialty consultative referrals are processed.
• Coordinates appointments for patients with consultants and services both within and outside the Indian Health Service.

• Collaborates with Purchased Referred Care (PRC) to ensure patients who are transferred out of the facility are transitioned back into the facility as appropriate.

• Lead the ServiceNow IRMS development, implementation, and adoption in Synapxe.
• Design, develop, implement, test and continuous maintenance the IRMS using ServiceNow capabilities, encompassing all GRC modules relevant to Synapxe such as Compliance & Audit Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management, etc.
• Ensure users are respectfully challenged when requesting for enhancements.
• Work with end users to resolve escalated issues/defects within the GRC system.
• Establish and maintain the Synapxe central risk register and platform.
• Enable a holistic and central view of risk (e.g., operational risk, third party risk, compliance risk, etc.) via GRC systems; Integrate risk information (e.g., third-party risk, compliance risk).
• Upkeep the digital roadmap for risk management ensuring its relevance.
• Engage different parties to understand operation business needs and assist to translate into function and technical requirements.
• Transform manual, siloed and inefficient risk management related processes through IRM – harmonize processes, automate workflows, enable faster and more accurate reporting.
• Go-to person for ServiceNow IRMS and subject matter expert to advise and guide internal teams.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with cross functional teams such as IT.
• Maintain effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Involve in project and SI management in the IRM implementation.
• Manage projects and contracts, monitor the scope, schedule, budget and deliver the expected values from IRM.
• Keep Steering Committee and Senior Level Management apprised for GRC programme.
• Identify and manage project risks and implications to the project and recommend mitigation measures.
• Demonstrate your expertise in GRC systems; you are expected to further your own knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues. This including staying updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvements.
• Document and maintain the IRM matters e.g., workflows, knowledge base, budget, etc.
• Represent CRO for GRC Systems and ServiceNow IRMS matters.
• Manage stakeholders and partner/collaborate with business units across Synapxe and MOHH entities to achieve mutual objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• At least 8 years’ experience with a track record of successful ServiceNow IRM solutions implementation and integration with other applications.
• Strong understanding the ServiceNow IRM architecture, platform, and integration capabilities.
• Strong knowledge & experience in governance, risk management (IT and operational risks) and/or compliance.
• Strong knowledge on well-recognized frameworks & standards such as ISO31000 and COSO ERM.
• Must have ServiceNow certifications in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in risk and compliance and ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Project management certification or CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CPRM, etc.
