Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Our goal is to help elderly individuals maintain independence and quality of life while remaining in the comforts of their own homes. We aim to provide quality services designed to meet various care needs, from basic personal assistance to specialised nursing care, ensuring seniors receive appropriate and compassionate support.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to Care Associates as well as actively participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously refine care processes and elevate service excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a supportive team environment and implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You would
- Provide and exemplify organisational standards for home personal care services
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure care is delivered according to expected standards
- Manage a team of Care Associates, offering mentorship, direction, and advocacy
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding guidelines and updates on care standards
- Monitor and manage the deployment schedule, leave, and medical leave of Care Associates
- Coordinate and arrange for regular reassessments of care plans to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain inventory and records of consumables and equipment required for service delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care processes
- Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing service utilisation
QUALIFICATIONS
You are
- Holder of Higher Nitec in any discipline
- Experienced in eldercare, healthcare, or hospitality, along with relevant leadership experience, would be advantageous
- Able to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Skilled in communication and stakeholder management
- Passionate in community services and service-oriented
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications
