The Senior Support Worker will lead and support a team of 4 Support Workers within the supported accommodation programme. This will include developing positive and supportive relationships with your team, arranging regular support and supervision sessions, compiling KPI’s and any required local authority returns/reports.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

Applications are invited for this full-time permanent post, based at the Board’s headquarters in Moray House, 16-18 Bank Street, Inverness.

As part of a team, you will support senior staff with inputting, collation, interpretation and retrieval of information in relation to the register of electors. You will be required to carry out senior clerical tasks associated with the post. You will be expected to supervise and support clerical staff as appropriate and provide cover for the Inverness Office Administrative Assistant as required.

SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration would be desirable and experience of project delivery would be advantageous.

You will be required to undertake a basic Disclosure check.

Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Factoring Officer on a full time, permanent basis. The role can be based from Inverness or Invergordon with regular site visits required.

The Senior Factoring Officer is responsible for managing the Factoring Team and ensuring that the services provided to customers are financially sustainable for factored and non-factored owners . The service must offer value for money for customers, be compliant with relevant laws, and focus on customer satisfaction. Person Specification
Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience to clearly demonstrate skill set is essential.

Ecologist / Senior Ecologist
Our client is looking to recruit the roles of Senior Ecologist/Ecologist, and/or Ecological/Environmental Clerk of Works. Candidates will bring their experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge. In return they will be supported, encouraged and will gain further extensive experience on a number of exciting projects across the Highlands and Islands.

The position will initially be home-based, and therefore the candidate must be able to manage their time effectively. The successful applicant will complement the core team and long-term associates and will be willing to branch into other aspects of consultancy on protected species (birds and mammals), habitat surveys and assessment, and management of the environment during construction (renewables, housing, hydro schemes etc).
As well as full time, we welcome applications on a part-time basis.

Essential
UK driving licence & your own vehicle for which mileage can be claimed.
Relevant Ecological field work experience.
Willingness to travel and work in remote locations on your own or as part of a team.
Willingness to work some unsociable hours around dawn and dusk.
High level of knowledge of breeding mammals and protected species of the Highlands of Scotland.

What we need from you

Reporting to our Project Manager of our North Scotland Region, you will delivery successful and safe execution of part or all of a project depending on size, requiring planning and programming capability. We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance basis for a Civil Engineering Contractor based across multiple schemes across Scotland.

This will be working on part of a Scottish Water Framework.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and will be well-versed in the NEC contract. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders throughout the project.

• Preparing and managing budgets and cost plans
