WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Content Creation: Assist in drafting and editing content for internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and website content.
• Media Relations: Support the communication team in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and create media reports.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

What will you do but are not limited to:

• Collect, clean and transform data from various sources into a standardize format.
• Build, train and evaluate machine learning models based on the specified design.

The role

• Supported the Insurance Standardization Project, ensuring alignment across all markets.
• Assisted with employee insurance claims and managed all corporate and travel insurance matters.
• Contributed to the development of the People & Culture Dashboard by leading data gathering efforts.
• Led the standardization of the employee handbook across multiple countries.
• Addressed and managed inquiries, concerns, and requests related to People & Culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient in English 
• Proficient in Google Suite [Spreadsheet is a must!]
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
