Brief Summary

General Overview

The incumbent will be a shared resource between the Strategy & Analytics and Sustainability teams, and is responsible for the monitoring of the energy market developments & trends; supporting the team in the execution of the corporate strategies and regular reporting to the Board and/or senior management team on KPIs performance and action items arising out of various strategic review and business planning activities. The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

LNG Market Insights & Analysis

• Conduct research and monitor LNG market trends, business models for energy-related activities including new developments and regulatory requirements related to energy transition. Keep abreast with advances and innovation in the energy industry (e.g. technology and commercial practices) that are relevant to SLNG’s corporate vision.
• Coordinate, consolidate and integrate different sources of information for internal & external stakeholder communications.

The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the system.

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
• Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed

Responsibilities:-

• Account servicing and provide sales support to clients and supermarkets
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and specifications
• Handling of customer orders and ensuring they are processed and fulfilled on time
• Engage and work closely with clients on products marketing and promotional activities
• Engage and work closely with Operations, Logistics and Merchandising team to provide good products and services
• Active participation in department and business review meetings
• Assist in any other ad-hoc activities as assigned

• Minimum Degree with some related experiences preferably in FMCG/Retail industry
