The physician will be responsible for the medical management of a panel of sleep patients assigned to them. Duties would include patient history, physical examination, ordering laboratory and diagnostic tests, interpretation of tests, medical management of both acute and chronic illness. The Geriatric and Extended Care PA will provide high quality patient centered care to veterans under the different services such as Geriatric Medicine Outpatient Clinic, Community Living Centers, and Palliative/Hospice care service as assigned.
