The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• Serves as a project manager for HR Governance and Advisory Services Office responsible for projects that impact multiple organizations and/or IRS locations. Projects often cut across business units. Consults with Executives and project and program managers to establish and define the overall goals and objectives, prepares short- and long-term action plans and schedules for various phases of a project.
• Provides key input to Executive leadership and team members to ensure all project tracking and documentation aspects are completed accurately, thoroughly, and timely. Delivers recommendations and determinations to improve business practices and policies. Prepares recommendation for resource requirements to accomplish the project; negotiates with managers of various components of the Service to obtain needed resources and support.
• Responsible for developing the implementation of the initial design of new program activities and interacts with offices such as Department of Treasury and private-industry sources. Responsible for monitoring the progress of projects and updating all project control systems used by the HR Governance and Advisory services teams. Conducts reviews of projects assigned to others within business units to ensure compliance with all customer requirements.
• Prepares agency directives, IRM issuances, memoranda, service-wide policy statements, and other written guidelines and recommendations relating to the project.
• Serves as an analyst and leader for the program area, providing expert assistance and advice on relevant HR and service-wide issues and special assigned projects.

• Transforming, cleaning and integrating data to ensure its quality and usability for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver data-driven insights and ensuring the effective utilisation of data resources to support the organization's strategic decision-making processes.
• Work closely with strategic stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of data analysis projects.
• Implementing established data analysis methodologies and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.
• Creation of visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis.
• Advocate for and contribute to the adoption of best practices in data engineering to ensure governance, quality, and security of data assets.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data assets through data quality and metadata management.
• Assist to perform any other ad-hoc project and duties assigned by Director, Senior Assistant Director and/or Assistant Director.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 2 – 5 years of related working experiences
• Experience in data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, visualisation with strong knowledge in data structures and mining algorithms.
• Knowledge in statistical learning, machine learning and probabilistic models will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary:

The multi-disciplinary Design & Management(D&M) team, part of the regional Urban Solutions team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Electrical) to join their team.

You will provide specialist advisory and assessment in all electrical engineering related subject matters in both land infrastructure and building development in the Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering design for industrial parks and township infrastructure plan/or concepts to achieve optimal design and cost for M&E works, from project feasibility to execution.
• Work with the D&M Team during the project planning stage to provide engineering inputs so as to produce realistic schedule and budget for projects
• Assist Project Manager to meet all project milestones toward completion of development projects within budget, schedule and acceptable quality.

• Review product material and design for project application.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimal 5 years' relevant experience in design and project management.
• Good knowledge and experiences in planning and implementation of M&E projects from inception to completion
• Knowledge of design, local Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations, preferably in SEA and/or India markets.

Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively.
