About the Role:

• Our first line technology compliance team and responsible for the effectiveness of controls based regulatory requirements, policies, standards and processes from a technology standpoint for our digital bank.

What You'll Do:

• Implement Key Risk and Control Indicators (KRIs/KCIs) to actively monitor and track non-compliance. Escalate and track to closure identified non-compliances.
• Develop and maintain relevant technology policies, standards and procedures to meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
• Continuously monitor, track and ensure closure of technology and cyber security events, requests and submissions from generated tools, systems and users. Conduct regular effectiveness testing of technology controls.
• Track identified gaps and ensure that remediation meet internal compliance requirements or industry best practices.
• Communicate regularly with business users and other lines of defense (within the enterprise risk framework) to better understand latest technology compliance requirements
• Collaborate to manage internal risk acceptances raised and corrective risk remediation plan
• Support internal and external technology audits, and ensure timely audit and compliance reporting.

What We're Seeking:

• Familiar the latest Information Security principles, techniques, protocols and other industry IT governance standard best practices (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, ITIL, PCI-DSS).
• Preferably with one or more related certification in the areas of Technology Risk / Information Security – CRISC, CISM, CISA, CGEIT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of banking products and services and their supporting technology systems/platforms, with familiarity of front to back-office processes desired.
• Well-versed and solid have work experience related to BNM regulatory frameworks including policy documents on Risk Management in Technology, Outsourcing, Business Continuity Management, Management of Customer Information and Permitted Disclosures amongst others.

The Opportunity (Overview of the role)

The KLASS IT Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent customer service to users within the organization. They act as a bridge between technical IT solutions and non-technical users, helping to resolve issues and improve overall productivity.

Technical Support: 

• Provide Level 0-1 technical support to staff and students according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The Senior GCC Analyst provides front-line support to customers of CME Group for traded cash FX markets and provides relevant investigation and analysis for any major outages to management and other business stakeholders. • Provide daily updates on sales progress by individual retailers.
• Weekly updating of channel inventory into system.
• Work with external and internal parties to manage interna system.
• Coordinate and liaise with External (vendors) and Internal (Supply Chain / Logistics) teams to ensure timely re-stocking of gifts to prevent disruption to consumer’s gift redemption process.
• Management of sample units. The go to person to arrange sample unit’s deployment and return.
• Administrative support to Head of Department.
• Any other ad hoc duties required by Sales and Marketing team.

Major duties include but are not limited to:

• Process and catalog archival collections.
• Digitize and make available to the public historic maps, architectural drawings, and other oversized materials.
• Perform basic arrangement and description of archival collections, conducts condition assessment, and performs basic preservation actions.
• Write descriptions, develop metadata, and catalog materials in the National Park Service Collections Management System (MCMS) and local bibliographic utilities.
• Participate in outreach activities to highlight project and promote awareness of and use of collection materials.

• You will resolve all discrepancies with material orders to include arranging for the replacement, exchange, or return for credit of defective and/or erroneous materials, and transportation.
• You will act as a Government Commercial Purchase Card holder with limited authority as delegated by the Agency Program Coordinator.
• You will ensure all local purchase requests are submitted through the appropriate budget technician to certify funding prior to the request being submitted to the local contracting office.
• You will be responsible for determining and initiating follow-up action on material and services that are delinquent, documenting follow-up and corrective actions taken.
• You will conduct daily checks of receipt status with customers to verify receipt and acceptance of materials and services.
