• Creation of Tours’ invoices
• Coordinate the preparation and reconciliation of the financial and management reports for the different tours
• Process banking transactions;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions, aging of AR;
• Support the operational teams in maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
• To ensure expense claims are made timely and accurately with proper supporting.
• To ensure appropriate operating expenses approval procedure which is in line with compliance;
• Maintain effective communication with other departments and external parties;
• Coordinate the preparation for the audit
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIE

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

The Responsibilities:

Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties

Arrange/coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use

Administrative support to executives and other staff for the whole company

Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, service providers, and suppliers), contract expiry, and prepare quotes

Local logistics and organization support and arrangements

Keeps management informed through written and verbal reports (summarising information and identifying trends)

Backend support for special projects and events

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
