The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, online teaching, and excellent communication skills. As our company deals extensively with clients from China and Malaysia, proficiency in both Chinese and Malay languages is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Online Teaching: Conduct online training sessions for company clients, focusing on IT skills and knowledge. Create engaging and informative content to facilitate learning.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in a friendly and outgoing manner. Address their inquiries, concerns, and provide technical support as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application and IT-related issues faced by clients. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.

Job Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market. Strategy Development:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and fostering engagement across various communication channels.

1) Communications

• Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational objectives
