• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to coordinate and compile necessary

documentation for ongoing projects.  

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience at the managerial level preferably in Construction or its related industry.
• Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
• Good in interpersonal skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the Project Team.
• Good working attitude
• Able to converse in Mandarin and English Language.
