CLEAN DRIVING RECORDS
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide Chauffeur services as and when assigned.
2. Responsible for dispatch duties as and when assigned.
3. Lend support to work site if required.
4. The vehicle remains the property of the Company and you are liable to take reasonable and proper care of the vehicle that has been assigned to you at the sole discretion of the Company from time to time which deemed fit.
5. You shall records, update and maintain the “Driver Log Book” and submit to supervisor in weekly basis.
6. You shall perform self-check to ensure the vehicle is fit to execute work responsible for keeping the vehicle clean.
7. You shall be responsible for informing supervisor of any changing of tyres when such tyres are punctured.
8. You are reminded to drive and comply within the speed limits in accordance with all Traffic Regulations. Employee shall be held fully responsible for any traffic violations.
9. You are to inform supervisor immediately for repair or replacement of the malfunction of speed limiter. You shall be fully responsible for all fines and charges imposed by the Authorities if you fail to report such damages or malfunction. You are strictly prohibited from tempering the speed limiter.
10. The ERP card will be issued to you by the Company strictly for the use of your work-execution only. At all times, you are fully liable for any lost, theft, damage, etc of ERP card. Replacement of lost card will be charged to you, regardless of the balance of the ERP card. Any fines/charges for failure to deduct the ERP charges imposed by the Authorities shall be fully borne by you.
11. You are required to strictly abide by the traffic rules and regulations set by the Authorities. Failing which all fines and summons imposed by the Authorities shall be fully borne by you. However, Company will only be liable for the fines and/or charges imposed in the event of over-weight and/or black smoke emission from the vehicle.
12. You are liable to park the vehicle during off working hours at the designated car park arranged by the Company.
13. In the event of any traffic accident, you are to report to supervisor immediately. You are not allowed to settle privately and/or admit liability under any circumstances without the prior consent of the Company. Failure to comply with this requirement shall constitute a breach of duty for which the company is entitled to reject liability for all claims arising from the accident. Insurance excess will have to be paid in the event it is found that driver is at fault.
14. The vehicle issued to you is at all times not allowed to be used for unauthorized activities, other than instructions given by supervisor. The Company also does not allow ferrying of unauthorized passengers at all times, during and/or after working hour.
15. You are required to wear the trousers during working hours.
16. You are not allowed sleep in the vehicle during working hours.
