Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of the purchasing process.
• Review and verify Purchase Orders prepared by the purchasing team to ensure the most economically favorable terms and timely procurement.
• Ensure purchasing documents are approved in accordance with the authorization matrix.
• Negotiate with suppliers to seek improvements in pricing, product quality, and delivery arrangements.
• Match suppliers' invoices with supporting documents, such as PRM, Purchase Orders (P/O), and Delivery Orders (D/O).
• Liaise with and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure quoted items match the required specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing information and supplier databases.
• Attend to technical matters, including arranging service technicians for breakdowns/repairs and equipment for annual calibration.
• Advise the project team regarding delivery arrangements.

• Supervise and monitor store department activities and conduct periodic stock counts.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility

• Draft and prepare shop drawings of the given structures, components, and devices
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV principles, including ventilation rates, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Review design specifications, measurements, and drawings to participate in the process of solving on-site problems or design changes
• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on the specifications and calculations (heat load, ESP, Pump friction loss, assist and coordinate with the project team to provide architectural design and technical solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of submission drawings complying with various authorities' guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project in charge to ensure timely task completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
• Assist the Project in-charge in determining the project schedule

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Possess adequate qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Summary
