Job Summary:-

Responsibilities:-

• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process uniform orders and issue of delivery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain and update data records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with administrative tasks not limited to, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resource & Administrative department.

Responsibilities:-

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of F&B outlets.

• Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational goals, sales targets and profitability.

• Maintain high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness of the outlets.

• Meet and maintain hygiene, sanitary and work safety standards at all times.

• Responsible for recruitment, training and retention of staff.

• Plan staff schedules to achieve optimal operational standards within budgetary limit.

• Handle customers’ complaints professionally and satisfactorily.

Requirements:-

• Min GCE 'O' level / Higher NITEC / Diploma with at least 5 years of F&B experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager managing 2 or more outlets OR 3 years relevant experience as an Area Manager preferably from QSR industry.

• Highly motivated, customer-centric and good team player.

• Has an eye for details and possesses good project/programme management skills.

Senior/ Executive, Accounting (Temporary, 3 months contract)

Location: Central, Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for full spectrum of the accounts payable (AP) function and able to perform and support in full-set of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis in all aspects, including cash flow management and taxation.
• Ensuring all accounting activities comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Process outlet staff reimbursement / claim, ensure timely & proper approval
• Perform various accounting schedules and reconciliations, included intercompany transactions.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns.
• Liaise with internal/external parties such as auditors, tax agent etc.
• Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate such as ACCA. CA / CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience preferably in the F&B, retail or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and cashless solutions is highly regarded.
• Familiar with Singapore SFRS and Singapore Income Tax.
• Systematic, meticulous, collaborative and able to work independently.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 ERP is an advantage.
• Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin – to liaise with Mandarin speaking only associates
• Able to commence work immediate.

• Developing and executing store development plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• To research and identify new store opportunities and to attract new clients.
