This opportunity will see you developing and deploying cutting edge autonomous last mile delivery solutions - like drone delivery - for HomeRun. Due to an exciting internal move we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager - Cyber Security to lead, enhance and upskill our cyber security audit function. The opportunity

The Audit Manager - Cyber Security role will be pivotal in leading cyber security and technology audits to provide assurance that key cyber security and technology controls are designed and operating effectively and key risks are being managed appropriately. You will also be responsible for reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders, and upskilling team members in auditing Cyber Security.

What you’ll do

The Supplier Management Specialist adds value to Woolworths Group through the maintenance, application and review of the Supplier Grow Program (SGP). The SGP is a supplier management framework consisting of a supplier segmentation approach, a value generation framework, voice of supplier survey capabilities and a third-party risk management operating model. This role will support the business with knowledge and guidance on how best to apply the capability on their respective arenas.

Develops, implements and reviews Supplier Management Framework processes to facilitate consistency and alignment to company risk strategies
Drives and delivers the implementation and ongoing monitoring of key processes and supporting documentation (including policies and standards) in the Supplier Management framework across our business areas.
Identifies linkages to other technology/platforms utilised to perform Supplier Management activities and determine appropriate alignment strategies – specifically related to Third- Party Risk and mitigation of said risk.
Drives value for the company through better compliance and stakeholder experience by ensuring the appropriate usage of the Supplier Management Framework processes, activities and compliance & governance metrics.

Welcome to the Team
We are an enterprise-wide, C-suite sponsored program team built to drive value and operational excellence throughout the Business Units through a consulting style service that leverages a strong program structure and provides both leading practice insights / thought leadership and delivery excellence to our business partners.

Our mandate is to partner with each of our Business Units across the group portfolio to identify and develop high-quality productivity plans and projects, within the Goods & Services Not for Resale space. We collaborate with each Business Unit to target and prioritise the areas that represent the most significant improvement in their cost of doing business and therefore directly contribute to the bottom line of the company.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will play a consultative role to the Business Units and will support and empower them through their journey from identification to delivery of transformation initiatives. The role will require strong project management skills and the development of strategic plans to drive the timely accomplishment of transformation initiatives. Each role will directly contribute to the success of one of the most visible C-suite-sponsored strategic programs within Woolworths Group and will support the development of a high-performing internal consulting capability.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

Work strategically and innovatively to leverage strong stakeholder management skills as key relationships with senior business leaders are
developed.
Own the entire development and deployment of a portfolio of large-scale transformation initiatives across the organisation, driving them through to execution.
Lead individual or a portfolio of productivity optimisation and transformation projects across the Group or within a Business Unit.
Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the Business Units.
Be challenged in a key role where you will make a visible impact on the success of the business and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for candidates with prior or current consulting experience (Consultant/Manager level) wishing for a new consulting challenge within a successful corporate leader that competitively rewards individuals with honed consulting skills, utilises creativity and leverages operational expertise to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Criteria
Proven experience in managing the whole or parts of an end-to-end multi-million dollar transformation projects across a large organisation and geography.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to influence & gain credibility with senior
stakeholders and project teams.
Well-developed consulting and problem-solving toolkit
A proven analytical and creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity.
Strong end-to-end project or program management skills.
Capex and/Or Facilities Management Optimisation

Candidates with prior experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

Strategic Productivity or Cost Optimisation Programs
Retail / FMCG Strategic Programs and Transformation
Technology & Digital Transformation
Spend Analytics / Financial Modelling
Process Optimisation
