Job Description

Office Administration

• Responsible for the execution of office lease to ensure timely payment of rent; serves as the contact person with the landlord and building management.
• Manage office equipment suppliers and service providers to maintain the quality of the office environment.
• Responsible for office administration related budget execution and facilitate the required approval process.
• Check the inventory and maintain the supply of office consumables such as stationery, papers, cartridge, drinking water, coffee and tea etc., as well as collect mail at regular intervals.

Administrative Support

• Provide the administration support on annual renewal of office and employees’ insurance and update insurance policies upon approval.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including but not limited to, answering phones, registering incoming and outgoing mails, guiding visitors.
• Make business travel and accommodation arrangements as well as office events as required.
• Responsible for managing all payment requests for operating expenses.
• Such other duties as instructed by his/her reporting line.

Job Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, at least 5 years in general affairs, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in independently managing office administration is highly desirable.
• Experience a multinational corporation operation is a plus.

Job Description

• Draft and coordinate circulation of minutes, directors’ resolutions and shareholders’ resolutions.
• Maintain statutory registers and other corporate records and ensure that they are properly organized and stored.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings in multiple jurisdictions.
• Engage with local agents.
• Ensure group companies’ compliance with applicable corporate laws and monitor regulatory developments impacting corporate compliance.
• Provide support in dealing with KYC requests.
• Develop and recommend improvements to policies and procedures relating to corporate compliance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Classify and archive controlled documents (physical and electronic) pursuant to the group's document management requirements.

Required Qualification

• Degree in Law, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a corporate service provider or a similar in‐ house role with multi‐jurisdictional experience.
• Good knowledge of statutory filings and regulatory compliance in offshore jurisdictions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Description

• Managing and handling the accounting operation of the designated entities, which include billing, recording all business transactions, withholding various taxes, if any, taxing filing and preparing monthly financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Consolidating and preparing annual and quarterly budgets of the Group, in coordination with other functions, for management reports in a timely manner.
• Consolidating the financial statements of the Group and accommodating / communicating with the Group’s external CPA for the purpose of annual audited financial statements in a timely manner.
• Following up the Global Min. Tax implementation status, executing and filing the Country‐by‐Country Report (“CbCR”) and Global Min. Tax requirements/reports in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all accounting records and reports are kept in good order and in safe custody, to comply with the relevant laws, regulations or internal rules.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree is a plus.
• More than 13 years of working experience in accounting in Singapore.
• More than 5 years of experience in supervising subordinates.
• More than 3 years of working experience in an accounting firm in Singapore is a plus.
• Personality traits of analytical, context, restorative, arranger, responsibility, discipline, reliable, consistency and connectedness.

Required Capability

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, corporate taxation of Singapore and OECD‐Global Min. Tax and other statutory requirements.

Job Description

• Maintain good relationship with financial institutions to support business needs, including credit facilities renewal, loan covenant compliance and KYC requirements.
• Monitor bank balances of the responsible group companies to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet business needs and ensure effective cash management.
• Prepare and review cash flow projections of the responsible group companies for monthly cash flow reporting and annual finance budgeting.
• Other assignments as instructed by the Group Treasurer.

Job Requirement

• 10+ years working experience at responsible level in the financial, banking or related fields.
• Good understanding of financial and accounting analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master degree is considered a plus.
• Possess good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English (Chinese is considered a plus) and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced use of excel spreadsheets.
