Requirements:

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and arrangement of cargo on import delivery and collection of freight for export daily
• Create OFD status milestone on E2K for import delivery
• Monitoring and ensure COD/Cheque collection from our service provider are correct
• Input of POD status on E2K for import shipment
• Scanning over the hardcopy of POD for imaging purposes
• Ensure all urgent delivery and collection freight are perform accordingly and follow up if any irregularity with CS team
• Collection and deliver of freight within 31 ALPS customers through Cargo lift using equipment such as runner, pallet jack and forklift whenever is available.
• Perform Export lodge to GHA for MSD passive/DGR shipment from 31 Alps or MSD Tuas.
• Assist on active container or passive movement for export and import as per customer SOP in ALPS shipment.
