Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and compelling content across multiple platforms, both owned and paid.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, including calendar planning.
• Build and optimise landing pages to support digital campaigns.
• Regularly update websites and employ SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Compile, measure, and analyse performance data weekly and monthly to adjust content as needed for maximum results.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
• Identify and engage with influencers and key audiences to increase brand awareness.
• Develop new ideas and strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to generate consistent and engaging content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on projects, acting as the key liaison to bring marketing initiatives to life.

About You (Key Requirements)

• Prior experience in creative content and social media marketing (internship or professional experience welcomed).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and industry-standard digital marketing tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in photography/videography and basic design skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Position Summary

We're looking for a driven individual to be part of our healthcare sales team. This role involves conducting health screenings, sharing information on wellness services, and organizing corporate events or roadshows to connect with the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up corporate events or roadshows
• Engage with the public to share information about healthcare services
• Conduct health screenings with professionalism and care
• Schedule appointments and update the client database
• Handle invoices and payments at events
• Support lead generation, including cold calling and administrative tasks
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

• A friendly, approachable personality; comfortable talking to new people
• Willingness to engage in face-to-face sales
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
• Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
• Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
• Maintain and update client database
• Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
• Participate in corporate events (if required)
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
• Believe in the mission – to enable our community to live lift at its fullest
• Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
• Confident and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or working in clinics is preferred
