Job Purpose

SJ’s Singapore-based Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) team is looking for a Content Producer to support group-level operations in building and advancing the SJ brand on the global stage.

A member of GMC’s in-house production team, the Content Producer is responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing content marketing experiences across social media, websites and internal communications channels that shape the brand’s culture, perception and reputation.

Well-versed in digital media production, with an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns are brought to life through storytelling from ideation, to publishing, to amplification, the Content Producer will work closely with internal stakeholders, senior leaders and other regional marketing & communications teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Produce engaging video content that captures the impact SJ’s projects create, end-to-end from script to publishing.
• Design and conceptualise complex content marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure integration of brand messaging with a wide range of transmedia content components that are distributed across multiple communication channels.
• Tell engaging stories and be responsible for ongoing content series that run on a weekly publishing calendar.

Job Duties & responsibilities

• Storyboard, self-shoot and edit video content to support day-to-day activity and campaigns
• Develop serial video content formats that are sticky, with compelling messages that strengthen SJ’s global positioning and brand persona
• Deliver content with the right composition of editorial and creative elements to tell stories about the positive real world impact SJ employees and their projects create for communities, environment and society.
• Drive content marketing campaign execution and creative project management, coordinating assets and timelines between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimise, maintain, and publish content assets across websites and social media to ensure annual performance KPIs are met

Experience

4-6 years of experience in a news, broadcasting, publishing or other digital media/ marketing agency environment. Newsroom experience or previous in-house content production role a plus.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

Diploma qualifications from polytechnics/ film & media/ advertising/marketing institutes, or higher. Candidates with degree in journalism or digital broadcast media a plus.

Role Responsibilities

Security Strategy and Leadership:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the business goals

and objectives of the organization.

· Provide leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of information security policies,

procedures, and standards.

· Lead and manage the security team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Risk Management and Compliance:

· Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to the organization’s information assets.

· Develop and maintain dashboards to report on the profile of SJ’s cyber-resilience

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including but not limited to

ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR, working closely with the Data Privacy Officer.

Incident Response and Management:

Programme Management:

· Develop and deliver projects to ensure that the cybersecurity environment is business appropriate.

help elevate employee awareness on cybersecurity risks, threats, best practices, and policies.

Technology and Innovation:

· Stay abreast of the latest security technologies, trends, and threats related to all aspects of cybersecurity.

· Evaluate and implement security technologies and solutions to protect the organization’s information assets.

· Collaborate across all departments to ensure security is integrated into all technology projects and initiatives.

Vendor and Partner Management:

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Relevant Experience

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.

· Experience in the AEC industry or a similar field is strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Professional Accreditations

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

Professional Knowledge/Skills

We are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to support our Legal team in Singapore, with a focus on disputes and data protection matters. The successful candidate will work closely with our Singapore-based Legal Counsels and will report to the Chief Legal Counsel of the Surbana Jurong Group.

Responsibilities

• Assist Legal Counsel in the management of legal disputes and other internal projects, including assisting with fact-finding, basic legal research, document review, and case management.
• Support the Data Protection Office in implementing the privacy program and help in managing the data inventory to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
