Core Function:

The Executive, HR and Administration will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource (HR) functions ranging from but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, managing the HR Management System (HRMS), training, payroll, benefits and off-boarding; and general office administration.

1. Manage and take charge of the HRMS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality and timely troubleshooting and coordination with the IT vendor

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engagement of potential partners and donors for SUN-DAC, as well as coordination and management of events.

Key Responsibilities

· Work together with other departments to plan and carry out events and activities for partners, vendors, donors and beneficiaries, and any other stakeholders as needed.

· Support all fundraising administration including the preparation of proposals.

Requirements

Job Purpose

The Programme Executive assists the HOD in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs tailored for persons with disabilities (PWD). This role focuses on ensuring that activities are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with the centre's vision and mission to enhance the quality of life for SUN-DAC clients. The Programme Executive works closely with staff, volunteers, and clients to create a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Planning and Development

o Assist in the design and development of engaging programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of individuals with special needs.

o Conduct research on best practices and innovative approaches in program delivery for individuals with disabilities.

2. Program Implementation

o Support the execution of daily programs and activities, ensuring they are conducted smoothly and effectively.

o Coordinate logistics for program activities, including materials, scheduling, and resource allocation.

3. Monitoring and Evaluation

o Assist in monitoring program outcomes and client progress, gathering feedback to assess the effectiveness of activities.

o Contribute to the preparation of reports and evaluations for stakeholders, outlining program successes and areas for improvement.

4. Collaboration

o Work closely with HOD and other team members to ensure that program goals align with the centre’s mission and objectives.

o Collaborate with external organizations, therapists, and specialists to enhance program offerings and support for clients.

5. Administrative Duties

o Maintain accurate records of program attendance, client progress, and other relevant data.

o Assist in budgeting and resource management for program activities, ensuring efficient use of funds and materials.

Core Function:

The Centre Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Day Activity Centre (DAC) and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning that includes the implementation of programmes and services for the clients, facilities management of the premises; as well as assigned centralized projects.

The Centre Manager will also drive the enhancement of existing procedures, standards and risk management frameworks to ensure a safe and supportive working environment for staff and clients. He/She will work in partnership with his peers and supervisor to identify, develop and pilot new programmes and services for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

A) Day Activity Centre (DAC) Management

1. Leads end-to-end operations of the Day Activity Centre (DAC).

2. Reviews and enhances the framework and structure for the DAC, as well as establishes and implements policies and work processes to ensure efficient service delivery and safety for clients and staff.

3. Identifies new needs of clients and caregivers and works with the Programme and Community Partnerships Manager to design appropriate programmes to address emerging requirements.

4. Plans, reviews and manages budgets and grants for the DAC’s programmes and services.

5. Oversees the Case Management team, ensuring adherence to the Standards of Practice (SOP) for client care that includes identifying and resolving the service gaps for the clients, and facilitates care plan discussions to ensure holistic care for clients.

6. Ensures accurate and timely submission of reports to the respective authorities, eg SGEnable, Ministry of Social and Family (MSF).

7. Conducts risk management assessments and implements risk mitigation plans to ensure workplace safety (including facilities and equipment).

B) Staff Development

8. Reviews, educates and co-ordinates training programmes relevant and required to equip the Training Officer group.

9. Supervises and nurtures staff to ensure they meet performance standards, building a strong teamwork.

C) Administration and Facility Management

10. Provides administrative and facility management support to the DAC and Head Office.

11. Provides IT Support services in collaboration with the vendors.

12. Any other projects / duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

A) Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in social work, administration or related field.

· Certification in disability or senior care related field will be an advantage.

B) Experience:

· A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in the Social Service or Healthcare sector preferred, particularly in an outpatient setting.

C) Skills:

· Demonstrated skills in organization, management and leadership.
