• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm(Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
2. Support day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
3. Responsible for managing and processing invoices for payment and ensure all AP transactions are processed timely and accurately.
4. Review requests for new vendor creation, ensuring that vendor information in the accounting system adheres to company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly and interim financial statements and reports.
6. Participate in the annual financial audit, assisting with the organization of audit documentation and financial reporting.
7. Ensure that financial documents are filed promptly and accurately.
8. Liaise with relevant departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
9. Perform other ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma and above, major in Accounting or related;
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
3. Meticulous, detailed and organized;
4. Possess a high level of discretion and integrity;
5. Able to take ownership at work.
6. Experiences in a new set-up company is plus;
7. Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with counterparties;
8. Proficient in Office software, good Excel and Word skill.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible the full spectrum accounting duties and team management;
2. Responsible for the full set accounts;
3. Review supporting documents of payment requests, prepare daily payments;
4. Responsible for Month end closing, prepare Bank reconciliation, Finance reports and audit schedules;
5. Assist in the annual audit of local companies and their subsidiaries;
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree and above, major in Accounting or related;
2. At least 5 years finance managerial work experience;
3. Experiences in a new set-up company is plus;
4. Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with counterparties;
5. Proficient in Office software, good Excel and Word skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training and development, etc. for a new set-up local company;
• Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and program;
• Work with office teammates to improve work culture, performance and employee retention;
• Manage the daily administrative operations and related employees;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years’ experience in an Administrative and HR managerial role;
• Experiences in a new set-up company will be plus;
• Good knowledge of local statutory working labor policies and regulations;
• Possesses excellent writing and communicating skills in English and Chinese in order to liaise with counterparts;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail.
